A request for a variance at 9390 Watson Industrial Park, Crestwood, Missouri, 63126
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Crestwood on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom videoconference for the purpose of hearing all citizens’ written or oral comments regarding a request for a variance. The application was submitted by Richard Olson of Rock Development Inc., property owner of 9390 Watson Industrial Park, Crestwood, MO 63126.
The request is for a variance from Section 26-24(D.1.) of the City of Crestwood Chapter 26 Development Code. The applicant is requesting a variance of fifty (50) feet from the minimum required seventy-five (75) foot stream protection buffer and setback in order to allow for the construction of a parking lot and building which would be located twenty-five (25)-feet from the top of bank of Gravois Creek at 9390 Watson Industrial Park. The subject property is currently partially located in two zoning districts- the “M-1” Light Industrial District and “PD-MXD” Planned Development- Mixed Use District.
