i3-logo-1-300x148

Over the course of 2023, the City of Crestwood will be receiving a new broadband service provider, with the installation of fiber internet by i3 Broadband. i3 will be installing their fiber throughout the City, within the public right-of-way, over the course of the next 12 months. Their goal is to connect every property within the City. Click Here for the i3 Broadband letter of introduction

As they go through their permitted sectors installing the lines - which have been approved by the Public Works Department, in phases - the company will also dispatch community liaisons to hand-deliver instructions as well as answer questions from residents as to the product and installation process. i3 Broadband is responsible for all cleanup work and restoring properties to their original condition. Should you have issues with this process, please contact i3 directly by phone at 877-976-0711 or at engineering@i3broadband.com.

We want to thank our residents for their cooperation and patience with this rollout.
