The Sanders Park Bridge Replacement is scheduled to start on Monday, September 11. The progression of the replacement is tentatively scheduled as follows:
- Mobilization of equipment and site grubbing (9/11 – 9/18)
- Abutment upgrade and drilled piers (9/19 – 10/10)
- Bridge arrival and placement (10/11 – 10/20)
- Final grading and site restoration (10/21-completion)
Sanders Trail will be kept open as frequently as possible, but there will be days that the end of trail located near the bridge will need to be closed to complete work tasks. These dates are tentative and may be affected by weather conditions.
