Located in Whitecliff Park, the Crestwood Aquatic Center offers a fun and family-friendly environment for all ages. Opened on July 4, 2002, the center is packed with exciting features that will keep everyone entertained.

Lindbergh/Business: Applies to individuals who attend school in the Lindbergh School District or work for a business located in the City of Crestwood.
Family Definition: Up to 2 adults and 2 dependent children (under 23) living in the same household. Anyone 16+ must show proof of residency/eligibility.
Nanny Pass: Available only with a qualifying Family All Facility or Family Aquatic Center Pass. Allows a designated caregiver (age 16+) to accompany children. Must be purchased with the employing family present and proof of employment. Valid only when accompanying a family member. Individual Passes, I.D. Cards, Recreation Passes, and Court Passes do not qualify.

- On days with cool or inclement weather, the Aquatic Center or portions of the facility may be unavailable.
- If the temperature is below 75°F at 11 a.m., only the competition pool will open at noon.
- If the temperature is below 70°F at 11 a.m., the Aquatic Center will remain closed at noon.
- Portions of the facility may close if fewer than 20 people are present.
- The facility may not open when the Lindbergh School District is in session.
- Dates of operation may change based on Lindbergh’s schedule.
Aquatic Center Policies
By purchasing a swim pass or paying the daily fee, you agree to follow all rules established for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. Staff has the discretion to create and enforce additional rules as needed.

- Obey lifeguards and pool staff at all times. Lifeguards are trained to prevent accidents and provide first responder care. It is your responsibility to ensure your children follow the rules.
- Pool management reserves the right to modify these rules as necessary. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the facility without a refund and/or suspension of your pass.
- Everyone entering the facility must pay the daily rate or have a season pass, even if they do not plan to swim.
- Children under age 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person age 15 or older.
- Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers. Disposable diapers are not allowed. Swim diapers can be purchased at the concession stand.
- No coolers, outside food, or beverages are allowed, except for water bottles.
- Cameras can only be used inside the facility with a camera pass obtained from the manager. No cameras or cell phones are allowed in locker room areas.
- Chewing gum is not allowed inside the facility.
- Tobacco products (smoking or chewing) are not allowed inside the pool enclosure. Those wishing to use tobacco products may have their hand stamped and exit the facility.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted during normal operations. The use of the facility while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
- Running, rough play, roughhousing, and obscene gestures or language are not allowed. Pool staff has discretion in determining these actions.
- Proper swim attire must be worn at all times. No cut-offs, shorts, or leotards are allowed. Appropriate body coverage must be maintained at all times (no thong suits).
- Swimmers with contagious conditions or open wounds will not be allowed admission.
- The City of Crestwood is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost and found will be cleaned out each Wednesday prior to opening.
- Swimmers must demonstrate appropriate swimming skills through a water test before using diving boards or entering deep-water areas. The test consists of treading water for 30 seconds and swimming across one width of the competition pool without stopping.
- Patrons wishing to listen to music or other audio on personal devices must use earphones or headphones at a volume that cannot be heard by others.
- No glass containers are allowed inside the facility.
- Avoid prolonged breath-holding, as it can lead to shallow-water blackout and drowning.
- Do not converse with lifeguards while they are on duty.
- Footwear is not allowed in the water.
- Family changing rooms are for immediate family members only.
- Pets are not allowed in the Aquatic Center.
- Deck furniture must remain in paved areas and cannot be moved into pools or beach entries. Deck furniture must allow free access to pools at all times.
- The City of Crestwood reserves the right to reduce pool operations or close the pool due to inclement weather or low attendance.
Closings will be posted on the City of Crestwood Parks and Recreation Facebook page. If the pool is closed for 45 consecutive minutes due to inclement weather without reopening, paying customers may receive a rain check for a return visit.
- Lightning and Thunder: The pool will remain closed during lightning or thunder.
- Temperature: The pool may close if weather conditions are unsafe.
Diving Board
- Divers must complete the deep-water test before using the diving boards. No flotation devices or assistance from others in the water will be permitted.
- Only one person is allowed on the board at a time. Persons in line must wait until the previous diver has safely reached the pool ladder before climbing the diving board ladder. Divers should exit the diving well at the nearest ladder.
- No running, cartwheels, multiple bounces, or handstands allowed. Divers must dive straight out from the board. Lifeguards may prohibit patrons from attempting dives that may be beyond a diver’s ability to execute safely.
Tower Slide
- Users must be at least 48 inches tall, as required by the slide maker.
- Only one person is allowed to go down the slide at a time. The lifeguard will signal when you may begin sliding.
- Slide feet first, in either a sitting position or on your back.
- No goggles, fins, rivets, zippers, buckles, life jackets, flotation devices, or dangling jewelry/watches are allowed.
- Riders should exit the splash pool immediately.
- Riders should not stop on the slide for any reason.
- Patrons who are pregnant or have back or heart conditions should not use the slide.
Family Play Pool
- The family play pool is designed for families with children under age 8. Users must exercise caution at all times and must be accompanied by a person age 15 or older.
- No horseplay, pushing, shoving, or running.
- Sliders must go down feet first, in a sitting position.
- No suits with metal, zippers, rivets, or decorations are allowed.
- No deck furniture may be brought into the beach area of the pool.
Lazy River
- An adult must accompany children under 48 inches who have not passed the deep-water swim test.
- Guests must use tubes provided by the Aquatic Center except at specially designated times.
- No noodles or other flotation devices are allowed.
- No climbing or sitting on the wall in the lazy river. No jumping into the lazy river from the side of the pool. Access the lazy river only via the stairs, beach entry, lift, or transfer point.
- No diving anywhere in the river.
- Floaters must follow the current at all times.
- No kneeling or standing on tubes.
- No standing or walking on lazy river walls.
- Guests should not block the progress of other users.
Lap Swimming
- Two lap lanes will be available during all public swimming sessions for fitness swimming only.
- Lanes are restricted to ages 12 and older, unless accompanied by an adult.
- When three or more lap swimmers are using a lane, circle swimming is required.
- Pass in the middle of the lane.
Competition Pool
- Diving from the edge of the pool is only allowed in the deep end of the competition pool, on the side with the diving boards. No flips or somersaults are allowed.
- Inflatable rafts and noodles are only allowed in the shallow area of the competition pool when conditions permit. Flotation devices must be Coast Guard-approved and labeled as such. No Nerf or other water-absorbent balls are allowed. All other water toys and inflatables are subject to approval by the pool manager.
- Children wearing "floaties" must be within reach of a swimming adult and must stay in the shallow area.
- Hanging on lane ropes is not permitted.
- Avoid prolonged breath-holding, as it can lead to shallow-water blackout and drowning.
- Do not cut through or play in the lap lanes or interfere with lap swimmers.
Lily Pad Walk
- Users must be able to reach the overhead cargo net without assistance and have passed the deep-water swim test.
- One person at a time is allowed on the Lily Pad Walk.
- No swim fins, masks, goggles, life jackets, or flotation devices are allowed.
Climbing Wall
- Climbers must be 48 inches or taller and have passed the deep-water swim test.
- Users must begin climbing from the water.
- Only one person may use each wall or be in the drop zone at a time.
- Climbers may not jump from the wall and should enter the water feet first and exit at a ladder.
- Eyeglasses and swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are prohibited.
- Patrons who are pregnant or have back or heart conditions should not use the climbing wall.
